The Problem<span data-metadata="">

People need guidance when it comes to finding peace of mind in today’s world. 

At present we are constantly connected, over-busy and with an information saturated mind. 

Finding awareness and aligning with our true selves is something that people seek every day more in response to their stress and anxiety problems. 

Meditation has emerged as a practice to achieve these goals.

What happens in my brain when I meditate?

Our findings show that long-term practitioners of meditation have structural differences in brainstem regions concerned with cardiorespiratory control. This could account for some of the cardiorespiratory parasympathetic effects and traits, as well as the cognitive, emotional, and immunoreactive impact reported in several studies of different meditation practices.

Iteration from low to high fidelity

We started with low fidelity wireframes to quickly iterate through design ideas and get feedback from stakeholders. We conducted several rounds of user testing sessions with the wireframes to gather feedback from users and incorporate their suggestions into our designs. Based on the feedback, we refined and iterated on the wireframes until we had a solid foundation for the high fidelity designs.
